Medication does have its place, and sometime it is needed to live a productive life. A phobia is nothing but pain engraimed in the mind, losing this phobia doesnt mean you are going to awaken, this is because wakening has nothing to do with the mind. Lose the phobia and at last rest in the silence that the mind has been robbing you of, then see what happens, but without expectation.
